The whole system, with one business running inside it and already set up the way your industry works. Sales, calendar, money, marketing and AI are all part of it, not paid add-ons. Pro, above it, adds AI capacity, agents that run on their own and the ability to extend someone else's trial. The one thing $20 does not cover is other people working in that business with you.
Your business becomes a company account at $25 per person per month, billed to the business. Your own seat counts as one of them, so you and one teammate come to $50 for the business, on top of your personal $20. Your staff never pay anything themselves.
No. They never count as licences and are never billed. They book, pay and reach their portal from a link, with no account to create and no app to install. You only pay for the people who work in the business.
It stays yours and keeps working. Your personal licence follows you into any business you work in, and the AI it gives you is added to whatever that seat already includes. Think of your own plan as fuel you carry with you.
Yes. Every business gets 14 days free with no card, and Free stays free forever. If someone on Pro is setting you up, they can give you another 14 days on top. When the trial ends nothing is deleted; the business simply goes read-only until you start a plan.
Yes. Move up and it applies straight away, charged for the days you use. Move down or cancel and it applies at the end of the month you already paid for. Your work stays where it is either way.
